Payment Policy

Currency and order total

YEEDOOR Store displays product prices and order totals in U.S. dollars (USD). Before you place an order, checkout shows the merchandise subtotal, shipping charge, and total recorded for the order. Standard shipping to supported U.S. addresses is currently $0.00.

Current payment method

At this launch stage, YEEDOOR Store uses invoice payment. No payment-card number is requested or collected on the YEEDOOR Store checkout page. After an order is recorded, payment instructions are sent to the email address submitted with the order.

When an order is paid

Placing an order does not by itself mean payment has been received. The order is treated as paid only after the payment is received and confirmed. We do not add a recurring subscription or membership charge to a physical-product order.

Unexpected charges

YEEDOOR will not add undisclosed merchant fees after the order is placed. If a government authority, customs authority, carrier, or payment provider imposes a charge that is not collected by YEEDOOR, that charge is outside the YEEDOOR order total. If YEEDOOR itself needs to change the amount it requests from you before payment, we will explain the change and obtain your agreement first.

Security

Do not email payment-card numbers, passwords, verification codes, or private account credentials to YEEDOOR. If a payment message appears suspicious or does not match your order, contact aiken@yeedoor.com before paying.

Approved refunds follow the timing and conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
