Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Yeedoor AI Store Manager, operated by 杭州亦道出海数字科技有限公司 (Hangzhou Yidao Chuhai Digital Technology Co., Ltd.). By installing or using the app, the merchant agrees to these Terms and the incorporated Merchant Data Processing Terms.

1. Service

The app provides ecommerce operations analytics, AI-generated diagnostics and recommendations, approval workflows, and supported merchant-authorized actions. Features may evolve as Shopify and connected platforms change.

2. Merchant control and AI output

AI-generated recommendations are decision-support tools, not guarantees of revenue, advertising performance, legal compliance, or business outcomes. Merchants remain responsible for business decisions. Material supported store changes are designed to require merchant approval unless the merchant explicitly enables a supported automation policy.

3. Shopify authorization

The merchant authorizes only the scopes selected through Shopify. The merchant may revoke access by uninstalling the app. We do not request the protected Name, Address, Email, or Phone fields in the V1 release.

4. Fees

Paid plans, trials, and usage charges, when enabled, will be presented through Shopify's approved billing mechanisms or the applicable listing. Pricing displayed in Shopify at the time of subscription controls.

5. Acceptable use

Merchants must not use the service to violate law, Shopify policies, third-party rights, or platform security. Automated actions must be used only on stores the merchant is authorized to manage.

6. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy, Merchant Data Processing Terms, and Security Overview form part of these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features where necessary for security, platform compatibility, or product development.

8. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided for merchant operational support and is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice.
