1. Scope
These terms apply to YEEDOOR software subscriptions purchased on the YEEDOOR website or merchant workspace. They supplement the general Terms of Service. Products purchased through a third-party marketplace remain subject to the applicable marketplace purchase and billing flow.
2. Software service
YEEDOOR AI Operating Team is B2B SaaS software. It connects merchant-authorized commerce and business data sources, analyzes operating data, prioritizes findings, generates recommendations, and supports merchant-approved actions through governed software workflows.
3. Subscription price and renewal
The current website plan is USD 149 per month or USD 1,490 per year. The selected subscription period renews automatically for another period of the same length until canceled. Applicable taxes and the final amount are displayed at checkout.
4. Website payment and invoices
For YEEDOOR website subscriptions processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction, including payment processing, applicable transaction taxes and the transaction invoice. YEEDOOR remains the supplier and operator of the software product.
5. Access and connected platforms
Product functionality depends on the merchant's selected plan, connected platforms, granted permissions, account eligibility and supported features. A connection to a third-party platform does not override that platform's authorization or policy requirements.
6. Merchant-controlled actions
YEEDOOR may recommend or prepare supported actions. Consequential actions remain subject to the merchant's approval, applicable platform permissions and product safety controls. Availability can vary by connected platform and account.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A recurring website subscription can be canceled so that it does not renew after the current paid billing period.
8. Shopify purchases
Yeedoor AI Store Manager subscriptions purchased through Shopify continue to be billed and managed through Shopify. These website subscription terms do not replace Shopify's purchase and billing flow.
