Grant access.
Keep control.
Use the official platform access controls below to give YEEDOOR only the permissions needed for your project. No passwords, login codes, API keys, or payment details are required.
Invite our Google account
Use Google's built-in user access controls. Grant access only to the products involved in your project. For implementation work, we normally need editing rights; audit-only work can usually use read-only access.
Typical invitation flow
Where to add us
Open Google Ads → Admin → Access and security → add wuji.aiken@gmail.com → choose the project-appropriate access level → send invitation.
Admin → Property access management → + → Add users → enter our Google account → choose the required role → Add.
Admin → Container User Management → + → Add users → enter our Google account → assign container permissions → Invite.
Settings → Users and permissions → Add user → enter our Google account → select the required permission level → Add.
Open your Merchant Center account access settings and add our Google account with the level required for the project.
Add YEEDOOR as a Partner
Do not add a personal Facebook profile and do not share your password. Use Meta Business Portfolio Partner Access and assign only the business assets required for the project.
Partner Access — step by step
Open the Business Portfolio that owns the assets involved in this project.
Open Users → Partners and choose the option to give a partner access to your assets.
Use 1777221306825029.
Choose the Ad Account, Pixel/Dataset, Facebook Page, and Instagram account only when they are relevant to the project.
For audit-only work, use view/read access when available. For fixes or optimization, grant the management permissions required for the agreed scope.
YEEDOOR will verify the shared assets through our server-side Meta connection. You do not need to share a Facebook login.
What to share
Send the 4-digit collaborator code
Shopify's collaborator workflow lets you approve our requested permissions without giving us your store password. YEEDOOR requests only the areas needed for the project.
Your steps
Go to Settings → Users. Depending on your store setup, Shopify may show Users & permissions.
Find the Collaborators / collaborator request code section.
Send only this collaborator request code to YEEDOOR. It is not your password.
We select only the permissions required for your project.
Return to Shopify Admin → Users, review the requested role/permissions, and approve the request.
What you send us
Not sure what to grant?
Use the project type below as a starting point. We will ask for additional access only when the specific issue requires it.
| Project type | Usually required | Usually not required |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads conversion tracking | Google Ads + GA4 + GTM | Meta, GMC unless relevant |
| GMC disapproval / feed issue | GMC + Shopify/store access; sometimes Google Ads | Meta unless the issue is cross-channel |
| Meta Pixel / CAPI issue | Meta Ad Account + Pixel/Dataset + Shopify/GTM when implementation changes are needed | Google products unless the tracking setup is shared |
| Meta Ads audit / optimization | Meta Ad Account; Page/Instagram only when campaign setup requires them | Shopify unless landing/tracking changes are required |
| Shopify bug / theme fix | Shopify Collaborator | Google/Meta unless the bug involves tracking or feeds |
| Cross-platform tracking audit | Google Ads + GA4 + GTM + Meta Ad Account + Pixel/Dataset + Shopify/store access | Only unrelated platforms |
You stay in control.
YEEDOOR uses delegated platform access rather than shared credentials. Grant only what the project needs and remove access after the project whenever you choose.
Common access questions
Do I need to share my password?
No. Please do not share passwords. Google uses user invitations, Meta uses Partner Access, and Shopify uses collaborator access.
Should I give full administrator access?
Usually no. Use the minimum permission level that supports the agreed work. If a specific fix needs a higher permission, we will explain exactly why before asking.
Can I remove YEEDOOR after the project?
Yes. You can revoke the delegated user, partner, or collaborator access from the relevant platform.
What if I am not sure which assets to select?
Tell us the platform and the issue you want fixed. We will reply with the exact asset list for your project.
Does Meta require my personal Facebook login?
No. For YEEDOOR client work, use Business Portfolio Partner Access. Do not send us your personal Facebook password.
What do I send after access is granted?
Send the website/store URL, the platforms you granted, and one sentence describing the issue or desired outcome.
Tell us access is ready.
Send one short message so we can verify access and begin work.
